Child Safety Policy

Enclayve is committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for children and families. Protecting children from harm is a top priority.
Preventing Unsafe Situations
Enclayve is designed to prevent unsafe interactions by default.
- No unsolicited contacts. No one can contact a person within an Enclayve network without first receiving an explicit invitation. Networks consist only of family and friends who are already known and trusted.
- No advertisements. There are no ads on Enclayve. No one is selling products or services within an Enclayve network.
- No data collection, tracking or sales. The Enclayve device is designed so that data collection is not possible. There is no data to collect, track or sell. Enclayve does not have access to user content.
Zero Tolerance Safety Controls
Enclayve provides immediate and complete control to users.
- Immediate blocking. Any user may block any post or user at any time. Blocking takes effect immediately.
- Complete control. Device owners may delete any post or remove any user from the network at any time.
- Complete shutdown. Users may unplug their Enclayve device at any time, immediately disabling the network.
Reporting Policy
- Full cooperation. Enclayve maintains customer information for each device sold and will release information when required by law enforcement.
- Transparency. Each Enclayve app records information about the Enclayve device it connects to. This information is visible within the app.
- Reporting concerns. Illegal or suspicious activity may be reported by email at dave@enclayve.com.
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number. For non emergencies, contact your state or local child protective services agency.
