Use of the Product

Enclayve is intended for lawful, personal use only. Users are responsible for all content they share and for managing access to their private network.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to use Enclayve for illegal, harmful, abusive or inappropriate activities. Enclayve reserves the right to cooperate fully with law enforcement when required.

Ownership and Access Control

The owner of an Enclayve device maintains full control over their private network, including the ability to remove users or content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Enclayve is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enclayve disclaims liability for damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized access or interruptions in service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of Enclayve after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
